HOW IT WORKS
1. LIGHT THE FLAME
The Leader creates a short video (max 60 seconds) to introduce themself, the purpose of their group, and some of the key daily practices that they believe are pivotal for mastery in their field.
2. FUEL THE FIRE
The Leader shoots a simple video from their phone (max 60 seconds) of a daily activity or microlearning and shares it with the Members of their group. Presented as "Challenges," these daily tasks inspire Members to embrace small, impactful actions that build towards significant achievement.
3. HARNESS THE ENERGY
Members dive into discussions within the group’s forum as they attempt that day’s Challenge or reflect over the lesson. They ask questions, share progress, and offer support to each other. The Leader may also participate in the forum.
BONUS: HUDDLE CLOSER
The Leader can send brief, direct video messages to individual Members, celebrating their achievements and giving them personal recognition.
